Fantasy, skills, culture and talent, are indispensable in the kitchen. Some people are born natural chefs but sometimes people need a little help to become one!
Relais Blu offers cooking classes for food lovers that wish to add a touch of elegance and creativity to their cooking and perhaps maybe want to learn some tricks to impress their guests with dishes of sophisticated level. On the hotel terrace participants will attend a show cooking class. At the stove they will try and test what they learn whilst improving their overall culinary skills.
From April to October, we propose courses for beginners and on request, from November to March, we can also organise professional cooking classes.
